I give people confidence to stand up and speak well in public.

The process starts with our very first conversation. There’s a simple – I think obvious – fact about speaking in public or to a small gathering, and once you have understood it, and its simplicity, everything else follows.

We usually start a session with some practical techniques that make an enormous difference. We take them step by step and use a camera to record the ‘before and after’. Seeing how the techniques work only adds to their effectiveness for developing confidence and impact.

Work on a speech's text depends on the starting point but the first rule of speech writing ­– any writing in fact – is that EVERYTHING benefits from an edit, no matter how perfect the writer thinks it is.

We can start with a blank page, have a chat and create a speech from scratch, or I work with what you already have. My promise is that I will make it better.

When we put the two together, the finished speech and the practiced techniques, and you witness the result, you'll be ready to deliver your important personal speech with polish, wit and complete confidence.

Working together in a suitable venue, one-to-one, is the best option. I can come to your workplace (what we do will be useful in your professional career), your home, or between us we can find a suitable place to meet.

Speeches tend to need a couple of sessions with some practice in between, and time to write and edit. The three-hour session and price you will see on the price list is used as a planning figure for your budgeting. I try to keep whatever we do within that budget, which is incredibly good value.

Final checks and a quick brush-up can be done on zoom or a video call.

You will get my personal attention, in person or on screen. You will also come away with a massive boost to your presentation skills that you can use in all manner of situations, at work or in personal life.
